Penny Liu is Public Affairs Manager of the International Cooperation Department at China Development Institute. She works with the team to support CDI's international engagement and global outreach efforts. She is responsible for event management, public affairs liaison and exchange facilitation, while also serving as the Editor for English-language content. Penny earned her Master of International Hotel and Tourism Management from the University of Queensland, Australia and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Carleton University, Canada.
