Dr LIU Guohong is President at China Development Institute. His research interests encompass regional economic development, industrial planning, and financial practices. He has led over 60 projects commissioned by central and local governments. Dr Liu is the author of Logic of Shenzhen, co-author of Digital Economy Era: Historical Evolution and Development Trends and Public Welfare, Finance and Goodness Economy and is the editor in chief of China’s Financial Center Index report series and China’s Entrepreneurship & Innovation Finance Index report series. His academic works have been published in various key academic journals.
